Our Quality Department is committed to excellence, operating rigorously and systematically to ensure that every product delivered meets the highest technical and regulatory standards.
We are a company with quality management aligned with the ISO 9001 standard, focusing on standardized processes, traceability, and continuous improvement. We conduct inspections at all stages of production, from raw material receipt to final product release.
Measurement and Dimensional Control Capability
We have a comprehensive infrastructure with calibrated and certified measuring instruments, guaranteeing accuracy in results and full traceability. Our resources include:
3D articulated measuring arm (Faro Arm type), ideal for inspecting complex parts, large structures, and performing dimensional control with a high level of precision;
External and internal micrometers for high-precision measurements of machined parts and metal structures;
Dial indicators, ideal for flatness, concentricity, and parallelism control;
Tape measures and digital calipers (up to 1000 mm) with traceable calibration;
Laser levels for verifying flatness and plumb;
Digital goniometer for angle measurement;
Control gauges for serial inspections;
Precision metal squares;
Issuance of dimensional reports according to client requirements.
Welding Control
Our welding processes follow strict technical criteria, with qualified welders and approved procedures in accordance with current standards (EPS, PQR, and WPS). We perform visual inspections on all welds and, when necessary, use non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as liquid penetrant and ultrasonic testing through specialized technical partners.
Compartment Testing
We develop and test structural partition walls for industrial enclosures such as E-Houses and operator cabins, ensuring structural performance, tightness, and safety. The tests are conducted according to technical specifications and client standards, guaranteeing the integrity of the assembly in the field.
